Arrive quickly and package very well. Lots of bubble wrap and seemed to not move inside the box, sturdy. Sadly the carrier must have dropped/tossed the box and compressed it cause there were some dents in it. To my suprise the base of the pie dish was completely broken. I followed the steps listed for broken items and the shop owner was quick to reply and send a refund. Bummed but glad I opened it right away instead of waiting until Christmas!
