Dress was sent late with no apology. When I thought there was a problem with dress and I contacted seller, they sent me a vicious reply, immediately accusing me of being a perpetrator of whatever the problem was. A terrible customer service experience.

If I could give negative feedback to a buyer I would give this woman a negative 10 and block her from my store. After ignoring my shop policies on shipping and returns she wrote rude messages demanding goods early then claiming i sent her damaged product. Note I check all merchandise very carefully before sending, and have clear pictures of the dress in perfect condition prior it sending. At this point she also made it known this dress was purchased to resell at a higher price. which is never something you want to here as a vintage seller. I love my customers and hope to make everyone happy, however I have no patience for rude people who are here only to take advantage and disregard shop policy.

If you pay direct with your credit card it takes 3-6 days to clear, we ship only AFTER the payment clears.
We will send out your order within two weeks of receiving payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
If a customer requests the cheapest shipping (ground rate/ stuffed into smallest box) they take full responsibility for the state of the item on arrival.
Lost packages will be refunded after 1 month within the USA and 2 months international. (customs has taken up to 2 months to deliver packages).
If a customers chooses the cheapest shipping (without tracking number) we offer NO REFUND for lost goods.
