Yes it was done right a way and sent right a way in a safe package. No rigamarole. I just told her wrong on how I wanted it I guess. I thought I asked for it to look exactly like this, with the dark greens and different colors blended in. I guess I didn't, it's all dark green. My mistake. ;( I would order here again.

I take great pride in my stained glass work and every piece is made with precision and quality. I take steps that your item is pack carefully so that it arrives intact.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept direct credit card payments through ETSY and payments through PayPal

If you prefer to pay with check or money order, payment must be received within 5 working days of your order. Your order will then be shipped within 2 working days after payment has been cleared. Please contact me for my name and address.

If payment is not received within 5 working days of your order, the sale will be canceled and I will re-list the item.
Shipping
The shipping charges are an estimate. If the actual charges are less, you will be refunded the difference. My shipping charges are for the Continental United States. I will ship internationally, please contact me for charges.

All items are shipped within 2 working days, after order and payment are confirmed, via USPS Priority Mail (which usually ships within 3 days). Shipping costs include insurance.

Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a notice of the USPS tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with the item you ordered, please contact me and I will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price of the item after I receive the original item undamaged (shipping costs are non-refundable). Please return it in the original packaging if possible. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item is received damaged, please contact me within 7 working days of delivery and make arrangements for it to be repaired, replacement of the item, or a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Keep all packaging and labels and take pictures of the box and the damaged item. Please keep in mind that each item is hand made and the replacement may vary slightly. Also, if I do not have a second item in stock, it will take a couple weeks to make a new one and ship it to you. Upon arrangements for a replacement, I will give you an estimate of the time of the new shipment.

If you have not received your item within 10 working days of shipment, please contact me and I will check the Delivery Confirmation and if it is determined that the item is indeed lost and I will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you see an item that you would like to customize (i.e.: different color. size and/or a slight variation) I will be happy to accommodate your request. If you have something in mind that you do not see in my shop, contact me for a custom order and I will be more than happy to work with you. I will generate a listing just for you and your custom order. Once the purchase is made, I will begin work on your order and will ship as soon as it is finished (time varies depending of the item being made) and you will be notified of the ship date..
