Ever since I was a young girl, I had a great love for everything African. In particular, the fabrics that brighten up life with their colors and beauty!
I learned to sew at school. This is part of the curriculum in Waldorf education, where I enjoyed attending school. Handiwork was one of my favorite subjects!

SiggiSoeurette was born from these two great loves ...

SiggiSoeurette is a Belgian brand of handmade clothing and fashion accessories, mainly made in Dutch wax (these fabrics are made according to a certain process in Helmond. These fabrics are especially popular in Africa for their colors and motifs).

The items are created for cosmopolitan men and women who love vibrant colors. They are designed and manufactured with great care in Belgium, in limited editions - to guarantee their exclusivity.

SiggiSoeurette wants to bring more color into your wardrobe to express who you are in a unique way; Be proud of who you are, no matter where you come from.

The mission of SiggiSoeurette can be summarized in 3 points:

Yes please! The mission of Siggi Soeurette is to bring color into your daily life and to let you make a style statement with the colors of the African fabrics. Because we all differ and everyone's life looks different, I would like to make a piece that completely fits your life!

Care instructions

All pieces are washable at 40 degrees - unless stated otherwise. Ironing is also recommended after washing, so the accessories and items of clothing retain their shape and quality for longer. Ironing is best done on ••

WHICH QUALITY OF FABRIC IS USED?

Siggi Soeurette only uses original Dutch wax fabrics. These are purchased directly from the manufacturer - Vlisco, Julius Holland and Mitex, Helmond, the Netherlands.
Sometimes another African fabric is used, for example Shweshwe fabric, this also has the quality label and is purchased directly from the manufacturer.

Only natural materials, 100% cotton and / or linen are used for the lining.
Interlining is from the Vlieseline brand.

Siggi Soeurette stands for high quality.
