Can you send me a proof of my design?
Yes, when you order your decal simply ask for a "proof before cut" in the note to seller box. When we get to the design stage of your decal we will send you a proof and await for approval before we cut your design. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Can I change the color(s) of the decal?
Yes, all of our decals can be ordered in your choice of over 60 colors. Please see the color chart that is in the picture viewer on every listing.
Can I change the name on the decal?
Of course, we have a large selection of personalized wall decals. We can change the name on any of them.
Will your decals stick to my wall or floor?
We cannot guarantee our decals will stick to your specific painted wall or floor. Therefore we strongly recommend you request a free test decal to test compatibility of our product. Our vinyl decals can be applied to most smooth to lightly textured surfaces. Freshly painted surfaces must dry for at least two weeks before application of decal. The out-gassing of the paint on the first two weeks can cause a decal to fail.
Important note: Vinyl decals used on wall have been found to have lower adhesion levels with some types of No VOC paints as well as paints containing stain blocker additives or "easy clean" paints. If you have used one of these paints I strongly recommend you order a paint test decal to test compatibility of our product.
Can I get a color sample?
Yes, simply contact us via Esty convo and let us know the color sample(s) you need and the mailing address. We will send your samples right away.
What kind of vinyl do you use?
We use only the best interior grade matte vinyl on the market. It is in my opinion the only vinyl to use for interior decals.
Are your vinyl decals removable, can they damage my wall or floor?
Our decals remove with ease and will not damage your paint, walls, ceilings or floors.
I don't like the font, can I change it?
Yes, if you see another font you like better on a different listing let us know and we can change it. Or you can simply convo us for a selection of fonts.
