5 out of 5 starsI am so pleased with how this turned out! It is so beautiful and well made. I was even surprised it came with extra magnetic leaves so we can test out different pens for guests to use to sign. Cannot wait to see it when all of our guests have signed and placed the leaves!

5 out of 5 starsThis item is absolutely beautiful! All of the customization options were so great, and everything came out perfectly. It comes with an easel to stand up on a table and it also has a sturdy nail hanger attached to the back so you can hang it on a wall. There were even extra leaves included for testing out pens and things. Everything was packaged really well. I can't wait to have this out at our wedding and then hang it in our home!

Can you rush my order?
Certainly, I will do my best to prioritize your order if needed urgently, but please contact us before you order to check availability.
Do you offer a faster shipping method with guaranteed arrival time?
We currently offer a shipping upgrade to express post to US and Canadian addresses, please select this at checkout or contact us and we'll set up a custom listing for you.
Where do I leave details for personalization for guest book orders (names, date, love birds color)?
Please leave all these details in the "personalization" section at checkout.
For guest books, can I select a bird design from a different listing?
If you like one guest book design, but a different set of birds seen in any guest book listing in our shop, we can do whichever you prefer- just please leave a note with the link to the listing with the birds you like when ordering or just email us.
Can I change the format on the date on guest books?
Yes, we can do the dates on guest books in any order, whether the date starts with the day, month or year. Kindly leave a note.
I have custom colors that are different from the swatch colors in the guest book listings. Can you customize colors?
In short yes, we can try to customize to match your wedding colors, however please get in touch to discuss details and availability.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any price adjustments on previous orders.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order please do so within 30 minutes of placing it. After that we may have already started working on it and due to the custom nature of the items a cancellation is no longer possible. Thank you for understanding.
Do you offer a proof prior to production?
Yes, we can provide a proof upon request after you submit your order, kindly add a note if you want to see a sketch of your design before we actually make your guest book. If you have requested a proof, please make sure you have notifications from Etsy enabled so we can communicate easily. If you don't respond to the message with the proof within 48 hours of being sent, we reserve the right to start production with the design as shown on the proof sent.
Is the estimated delivery time guaranteed?
We ship all orders on time, however please note that things such as carrier performance and weather are out of our hands. Delays may happen for a number of reasons, so we do recommend ordering ahead of time to avoid any stress. Please also note that the estimated delivery times don't include remote locations as well as AK, HI and PR postal codes. Thank you for your understanding.
