Once upon a time, one of my best friends went to Mexico. While she was there, she bought these two beautiful friendship bracelets. One for her, one for me. When she showed me the bracelet she had bought me, I was touched, and I treasured it like our friendship.

Then one day, she reveals that she had in fact, possibly lost her bracelet. How sad, I thought. Fortunately, her birthday was coming up, which gave me an idea. I could buy her another bracelet. However, the more I thought about it, the more I wanted to try and make one myself. Now, I've never thought of myself as crafty, but figured it would be fun to try. So...that was it. I started creating hemp bracelets, trying to create one that suited my bestie. After a few Facebook posts that shared what I was creating, people took notice and suggested Etsy. Here I am now, sharing my creations with the world. Crazy!

Over the last couple of years, I've learned many techniques and styles for many types of jewelry and accessories. In the beginning, I enjoyed creating one-of-a-kind items. Then my passion grew and I realized there was so much more I wanted to share.
