Soft beautiful craftsmanship. Delivery took a while due to delays at customs.
All jewellery is handmade from scratch by me, in my small studio in Copenhagen, Denmark.
I am very quality-orientated and only use the best materials, that goes for my gold plating also, which is strongly bonded.
I truly enjoy making jewellery and gladly take custom orders. Custom orders take about 3 weeks before shipping.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
If your item is damaged upon delivery or doesn't arrive within the estimated time, please contact me as soon as possible.
If your jewellery is damaged during use, you can send it back and I will repair it at no cost. However, in cases where it's obvious that the jewellery has been misused, you will have to pay for the repair yourself. I cannot guarantee stones that break. Gemstones can sometimes be soft and break if you hit them, so please be careful with your jewellery. Gold plating is a layer of gold bonded to another metal. Even though my gold plating is high quality, no gold plating lasts forever. It doesn't crackle, but slowly fades with time. It is impossible to determine how long it will last, as this often depends on the amount of acid generated in the individual persons skin. For exampel, special kinds of medication evaporate through the skin and makes the gold rub off faster. Therefor I cannot give guarantees for gold plating. However I do offer my customers to re-goldplate jewellery. Prices range from 10-25 $, depending on the type of jewellery.
Oxidization is a chemical reaction happens when silver is dipped in an oxidizing agent. The black layer around the silver comes off rather quickly on surfaces that have contact with the skin. For instance, a ring will fade quickly, while ear studs will last for quite a long time. Oxidized jewelry naturally becomes patinated with time to look more like the oxidization that naturally happens to sterling silver.
Obviously I can't give guarantees on oxidized jewelry. If you want to keep your jewelry black, the process is fairly easy to do. Just dip the piece in liver of sulphur, oxylen oxide, or another oxidizing agent, for a few seconds. Follow up with a tiny dap of hand lotion, as this deepens the colour.

Additional policies and FAQs
Take off your jewellery when sleeping, swimming, bathing, doing sports or sunbathing.
Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, chlorinated water and other chemicals. This is especially important if your jewellery bears sensitive stones like corals, opals and pearls, or if the jewellery is goldplated.
Pearls become more beautiful when worn, because their contact with the skin sustain their life and shine. But pearls are very sensitive to chemicals and should be the last thing you put on when leaving the house.
When wearing jewellery with gemstones try to avoid impacts and blows. Repeated blows can cause damage to the stone and in worst cases damage the setting, in which case the stone may fall out. If you have rings with stones that are high in value, it's a good idea to have them checked from time to time, to make sure the stone is in place correctly. All jewellery wears out a bit with time. Some stones are very delicate and may break or crack at hard blows. Some of the most delicate stones are emeralds, opals, corals and pearls.
Avoid gemstones becoming dull by taking off rings when washing hands. Soap and handcreme can settle under the stones and effect their natural sparkle.
Jewellery needs regular cleaning to look its best. With time jewellery attracts dirt and grease in every corner. Silver jewellery naturally tarnishes with time because of its contact with the air. Gold jewellery doesn't tarnish easily, but over many years of use. However some of the lower carats may tarnish, because of high concentrations of silver. Which is why I only use 18 carat gold - it's simply the best!
Silver and gold jewellery can be cleaned in a bath of water and ammonia, and a bit of washing-up liquid. Use a toothbrush and scrub carefully, then rinse in water. However, be careful with the sensitive stones mentioned above and use only water!
Diamonds have the strange property that they easily attract grease, so keep your diamonds sparkling by cleansing them regularily.
Goldfilled and goldplated jewellery demands a careful treatment when cleaning. Use a soft and humid cloth - add a bith of soap without perfume if nescessary. Places that are hard to reach can be cleansed with a cotton bud. Never use chemicals or polish the surface, as it will rub off some of the gold.
When storing your jewellery be careful they don't scratch eachother, especially if you have diamond jewellery. Diamonds are the worlds hardest mineral and may leave distinct scratches on the surface of other jewellery and stones. Avoid containers of paper and wood, as these can contain sulphur which will make the jewellery tarnish fast. The best way to store you jewellery is in small acidfree platicbags, as they keep air out and the jewellery apart.
Don't leave gemstone jewellery in bright sunlight and avoid excess heat. Some stones may fade in colour - especially amethysts.
