Sizing details

All bags shown are 6.25" x 9" in size - non-gusseted. They will expand up to 1-1.5"

Will I get a preview?

Yes! In order to ship all orders need to be approved by the buyer for any changes or errors. A response is required to move the order into the printing que. If we do not get a reply quickly the orders are pushed to the back of the list until the day it is due to ship.

What happens if I put the wrong address on the order and it's already shipped?

Please be sure to enter your correct address when ordering. If the item(s) have already shipped you will need to contact the USPS to help track it down. Once it gets dropped off to the post office it is in their hands and out of our control.

Our goal is to ship all orders on time and get them in the mail right away.

Custom and personalized orders

Absolutely! If you're looking for something specific we ask for the customer to supply clean artwork for us to use. Should we need to do any graphic clean up or multiple changes a minimum fee of $50 will be applied to the order listing to cover time.

Do bags come with decorations, flowers, clips, candy, cookies, food in general, backgrounds, BIRDSEED or FLOWERSEED?

NO. All listings are for BAGS ONLY unless otherwise noted.

Will I get a preview before printing?

YES! We send previews on all orders. Since all of our items are customized to your event we MUST receive a reply e-mail before we can print. This is to ensure there are no errors and grant you the opportunity to make one change before printing. If you do not reply to these previews the orders will print As-Is on the last day before it is scheduled to ship. If you are in a hurry please get back to us right away!

How many revisions can be done on my design?

We allow 2 changes per custom design or changed design of a current listing before design fees are added for additional time. Please understand that it takes time and insight to come up with the perfect look for your project. Should you be looking for something extra special please be sure to let us know what you would like on the tag/bag before too many changes need to be made. Our prices are low and we strive to please.

What are our shop policies?

Order Inspection: ALL ORDERS MUST BE OPENED AND INSPECTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT TO CONFIRM ACCURACY AND QUANTITIES RECEIVED. We recommend carefully checking the contents of your order as soon as you receive it to ensure it is correct and in good condition.

Returns/Exchanges: We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any orders after 7 days of receipt. If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within this 7-day window, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
