Thank you for your interest on reading my policies. I try to make them clear and straight forward, however if there is anything I haven't answer here please don't hesitate to contact me.
I accept Paypal, Money Orders and checks.
I am located in USA and all the shipping is calculated in American dollars.
All orders are shipped within 24-48 BUSINESS hours Mon-Frid upon receipt of payment.
Some items require special packaging to ensure safe delivery and it will be stated in the listing if that is the case.
If I haven't received your payment between 5 day I'll send you a friendly reminder, after this time if there is not answer I assume the transaction is abandoned.
Connecticut residents will be charged with 7% tax
Payments with check has to be cleared before shipping. There is a $ 20 fee for returned checks.
I also accept direct check out.
Be aware that the shipment of a ceramic work might be expensive due to the weight of the pieces.
I use USPS, and UPS ONLY under request, however UPS might be a little more expensive for small pieces. Please let me know BEFORE paying and I'll give you a quote for UPS. I ship big boxes with UPS only.
I highly recommend shipping insurance however this is optional to you, the cost of this insurance depends of the weight and destination, please contact me before making your purchase. I make every effort on a safe packaging. Now double bubble wrapping delicate pieces and using sturdy new boxes.
Overseas buyers might be subject to custom duties or taxes on items. I am in no way responsible for those fees and must be covered solely by the buyer. Please notice the currency fluctuations so my prices may change until the purchase is made.
Pick ups available for local customers ONLY.
I will send a tracking number to orders over $20 (excluding shipping) and to ALL international orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
All my products are one of a kind and I hope you are completely satisfied with your order. I accept returns however we can arrange an exchange. The pictures of my work are the most accurate possible. Shipping costs are not refundable and back shipment will be on the costumer.
Please read the descriptions carefully before you purchase, I cannot guarantee that your computer screen properly represent my items to you via photos. If you have any questions contact me via convo for more information.
Shipping and Handling is NOT refundable.
In some exceptional cases where a piece is damaged during shipping I can give you a full refund between a week and ONLY after clear photographs of the damage. On international shipments an insurance claim can be done between 30 days of delivery so please be aware that is really important to have pictures and a timely report to the carrier. After that period of time refunds are not accepted.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Business hours are Monday to Friday. I don’t mark items as shipped until after they have been taken to the post office, please we aware of national holidays fro an extra day on shipping.
I love wrapping pretty packages, so if you want to send it to somebody else I can also add a card or note for the recipient at not cost.
Delays might occur due to issues with customs, local mail handling, weather, holidays etc so please allow 4 weeks extra for delivery. You will be provided a tracking number through your email.
I’ll give feedback upon receiving payment and feedback from you. Please contact me for a resolution before leaving a negative feedback.
If your purchase is a gift to somebody please let me know in the note to seller.
