This is an excellent gag that works exactly as promised. I love how it fills the mouth and makes you feel it, far more than the ball gags that I've tried in the past. Definitely has my recommendation, would purchase again!

Took a bit to figure put the right size for me.

Works as advertised. I had to cut a small piece out of the underside of the gag in order to better fit under my tongue. All in all, pretty nice piece of gear.
