Welcome to Silent Heart Vintage! Glad you stopped by! I have been a collector for most of my life. Even as a child, I was an avid collector. Some items in my shop will be from my many years of collecting and other things will be new found vintage and antique items. My taste is very eclectic to say the least...So you never know what treasures I will list here. Be sure to click on all of the thumbnails in the listings. I always crop the first image. The second image will show the entire movie still. Most promotional stills have info printed at the bottom. There are the rare few that do not.

Shipping
The items I sell are vintage and antique. Some may be small and fragile, and in most cases are one of a kind pieces. All U.S. shipping will now be done by First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.

International shipping will be sent First Class International Mail. This is not insured. For International shipping, I will also ship Global Priority if requested, but the shipping price is substantially more.

All custom forms are filled out accurately and honestly. Buyers are responsible for any duties or taxes placed on a package by their country. Please also know that items may be held up in customs by your country. This can cause a delay in receiving your item, but I have no control over this. Thank you for your understanding.

I am happy to combine shipping on both domestic and international shipping

Shipping is done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
No weekends or holidays.

I do not ship to Italy. Sorry but due to restrictions, all orders from Italy will be canceled.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want happy customers and every situation is different. If you have a problem with your purchase, you must contact me within 3 business days of receiving your item with any concerns. Otherwise I will assume that you are happy with your item and I will consider the sale to be complete. :)

Returns are handled on an individual basis. Please contact me and I will do what I can to make you happy. Your business is very important to me!

I always try to describe items accurately and describe all flaws. Please keep in mind that when buying vintage or antique...items are not brand new and may have flaws. SO please take this into consideration BEFORE you purchase an item. But if you have a question about an item...or need additional photos...Don't hesitate to contact me! I am a night owl...So you are most likely to get your reply in the afternoon or evening.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you receive a shipment that is damaged or if you do not receive your package within a reasonable time:

1. Take a deep breath!

2. Don't panic...things happen sometimes...but I will do everything that I can to make it right!

3.Please contact me immediately.

4.Please contact me before shipping an item back to me. I will give your further instructions at that time. Keep all damaged goods, packaging, etc. Sending the item back to me will void the postal insurance. The Postal Service will want to examine the package and contents as you received them.

5) We will go from there, as every situation is different.

6) Bottom line: I want happy customers! I want you to come back and shop with me again! :)
