Additional policies and FAQs
Q: WHAT KIND OF SILK DO WE USE?
In all of our silk pieces we use two kinds of 100% pure silk: Flat Crepe and Habotai. Flat Crepe is woven more tightly and therefore has a higher sheer; Habotai, has a lighter hand and considered " traditional" Chinese silk.

Q: CAN SILK SCARVES BE WASHED AND DRIED?
All our silk items can be hand-washed or dry-cleaned. The items can also be ironed, using the appropriate setting for ironing silk. All scarves are steam set to insure that the dyes are colorfast.

Q: WHY ARE THERE IMPERFECTIONS ON THE SILK ITEMS?
Due to the fact that all of our pieces are hand-made, there is a possibility that a particular piece might have some small imperfections. We try to post as many pictures as possible to accurately present every item and allow you to see each side of it.

Q: WHAT IF I LIKE A CERTAIN PIECE BUT WANT IT IN A DIFFERENT COLOR?
If you like a certain item but would like it in a different color, we might try to execute the order, but again, due to uniqueness of every piece, we cannot guarantee that the new item will be identical.
