Returns and exchange details
If your package does not arrive on time DUE TO MY ERROR (i.e. it shipped late, or incorrect shipping method), I will refund your purchase after the items are sent back and received in my store. If the item is lost by USPS (NO DELIVERED STATUS) and is not delivered after 7 days of opening a case with USPS, we will refund the purchase and continue the investigation. If the package is showing delivered and the address was correct, and you do not have your item, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact USPS to file a claim. Please keep in mind that once the packages are dropped at the post office, they are out of my hands, please plan ahead!
Etsy does not allow room for more than 5 pictures to be posted in a listing. Our shop will offer new colors for some of our designs. It is the buyer obligation to make sure they order the right color. If a wrong color was ordered we only accept exchanges within 2 days the item was received. There are many shades to a color, so it can become difficult to agree on a shades. SO please make sure ahead of time, that what you are ordering is the shade you expect to receive.
If you ordered the wrong color, we can exchange the dress or take the dress back for a refund with a 20% restocking fee.
RUSH 2-5 days- Processing time is 2-5 business days, packages are shipped out priority mail which generally takes 2-3 days to reach you once shipped. For international it is approx 14 days to receive once shipped
EXPRESS RUSH - processing time is 1 business days, packages are shipped priority mail which will reach you in 2-3 days (US) and PRIORITY via USPS for International (can take up to 14 business days!). Please plan accordingly!
For international orders:
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Please note that we are unable to list items as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price on customs forms.
