I am a stay @ home mom of 5... and wife to a fabulous husband. I sell on ETSY as a hobby and for a little extra spending cash for things that I don't want to dip into the family budget for. What started out as mostly recycled flowers has grown into a whole other animal. I love selling flowers on ETSY! I also love browsing and shopping in other shops and marvel at the creativity that exists out there.

I accept Paypal and now credit cards or Etsy gift cards.
Shipping
I try to ship at least once a week...usually within 2 days though.
I ship worldwide and try to ship First Class via USPS unless shipping Priority is cheaper. I use recycled materials to ship most items in. If this poses a problem for you, please let me know and I can use new materials for your items. Shipping charges are for handling as well. I use a shipping service and add a little to cover supplies as well. I try to keep my rates low by using as much recycled as possible.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS - There are some items I don't keep stocked in my shop. At the time of order I turn around and order the item. There is more time needed than my usual 1-3 day turn around. If you have a question about the Pre-order item and if it is available sooner please contact me. Sometimes I do have it on hand and can ship right away.

U.S. BUYERS: The purchase price you paid for items does not include delivery confirmation and insurance. I CANNOT REFUND ITEMS THAT ARE NOT TRACKED THROUGH THE USPS AND HAVE BEEN LOST IN THE MAIL. If you would like tracking and/or insurance added to your purchase, I will be happy to upgrade for you at your expense. If the price you paid for the merchandise includes a shipping overage, that amount will be applied first to delivery confirmation and then to insurance if you wish.

PLEASE NOTE: the original shipping charges you paid when purchasing the item(s) and the postage for returning the item to us will NOT be refunded. Any refund/credit will only apply to merchandise.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: IF A PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT, I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NO LONGER ISSUE REFUNDS. Once your purchase leaves the United States, I have no control over processing times or customs procedures. Please contact us to upgrade your shipping to a trackable/insurable method. Please note that you will always be provided with a customs declaration number so that you can contact your local post office and/or customs officials to begin an investigation. I am also unaware of your local customs and duty charges and fees so keep that in mind when ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
BE SURE TO READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION. I always include the measurement so you aren't surprised later. For un-embellished supply flowers refunds will be gladly given if the product is returned undamaged. In the case of handmade items or custom orders returns are not accepted.

I want you to be happy with your items. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I welcome the chance to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. In my experience most negative (3 stars or less) are given because the customer did not read the description and received something different than what they expected. ie. no stem was attached. Most dissatisfaction issues can be avoided by reading the item description. Can you tell I want you to read the description? :)

Please contact me within 3 days of receipt to authorize a return. Unless you have received the item in a damaged condition that was not noted in the description, returns must be authorized within 3 days of receipt, in original protective packaging, and shipped back at the buyer’s expense.
