Frequently asked questions
All collars and leads can be hand washed or machine washed in gentle cycle with cold water unless noted otherwise. Air dry only. Bow tie attachments should only be washed gently by hand or spot cleaned when needed. Flower Attachments can only be spot cleaned when needed.
As a dog parent safety always comes first. Please do not leave your pup's new collar or leash where it may be chewed or ingested. Please check your pup's collar for wear and tear regularly and never leave your dog tied from his/her collar unsupervised.
Do you offer Returns / Exchanges?
Since our items are custom made by hand per order we ask our clients to enter their pup's "Neck Circumference" during checkout for a guaranteed fit. We reach out to each client via email following each new order confirming that the measurement was taken and entered correctly. Unfortunately we do not allow returns or exchanges due to incorrect measurements provided.
If an error was made on our end we will try our very best to make it right. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know within a week of receiving your item and we can work together on a solution. Please note that holiday items and ready to ship items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Can I purchase a Silly Buddy collar for my cat?
Silly Buddy collars are made only for dogs. Because our collars are not made with safety breakaway buckles they can be very dangerous if worn by cats. We want our feline friends to be safe!
Are the bowtie attachments removable?
Yes! The bowtie attachment can be removed so the collar can be worn alone. The bowtie slides back on when it's time to party!
Which method of shipping do you use for domestic orders?
All domestic packages ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. USPS Priority Mail delivers within 2 to 3 business days.
Which method of shipping do you use for international orders?
All international packages ship by USPS First Class Mail. Orders usually arrive within 10 to 14 days, however can take up to 8 weeks. If you prefer a faster method please contact us before you make your purchase.
USPS First Class Mail DOES NOT include tracking. If you would like to be able to track your package, shipping will have to be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail. We strongly suggest this upgrade - please contact us if you would like to upgrade to this method.
Please note that we have no control over packages being held up in customs. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees.
