I don't know where to start to tell how wonderful Silvia is. She has been very thoughtful, helpful and kind to make my special pug for me. I had countless mails but she is always easy to communicate with and fantastic to work with. I had one of THE BEST Etsy experience . Her creations are beautiful on photos but more beautiful in person. I can easily see. Silvia is not only talented artist but also wonderful, beautiful , lovely lady as well .
