Welcome to Silver Floret! A small jewelry studio where a warm welcome awaits.
We are a family of designers coming from digital and industrial design backgrounds. We embraced jewelry making as the new focus of our lifelong dedication to design. Making fine and elegant objects, with their own personality, is something that we truly enjoy and we tirelessly work on excelling at it.
We are makers, not sellers. Each piece you will find at our shop is designed, crafted, photographed, gift-wrapped, and packaged personally by either of us. - Products designated with „CUSTOM ITEM" in the product title or description
- Ultra-thin and lightweight bands in sizes above US 8 (1x1mm, 1.3x1.3mm, 1.5x1mm, 3x1mm). We don’t recommend these profiles for large-diameter rings as they are very delicate and may not be durable enough in some conditions. You could, however, still order these profiles in sizes above US-8 as custom non-returnable items.
To return an item:
- Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- All items should be sent back in the original packaging.
- The rings shouldn't be worn, have any dents or scratches.
- A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all silver and gold items unless there has been an error on our part. Currently, we offer more than 5000 possible Width/Shape/Karat/Color Combinations. Every single ring will be made especially for you from a raw piece of metal. The purpose of the restocking fee is to partially compensate us for our labor.
- The buyer would be responsible for all shipping charges. If we confirm that there has been an error on our part we will reimburse you for your return shipping.
FREE RING RESIZING
We offer a one-time free ring resizing for up to 1/2 US size difference (smaller or larger) for most rings made by us with the exception of:
- rings with stones
- domed rings that are 6mm or wider
- custom items
- engraved rings (because the engraving will get damaged)
To get your ring resized please contact us within 3 days of delivery. You will be responsible only for the shipping charges both ways.
Shipping
It is responsibility of the buyer to select an appropriate shipping method in terms of shipping time, shipping-insurance and refundability. Please read the information about the available options below:
USPS FIRST CLASS (3-6 business days, NOT INSURED)
The suggested delivery timeframe for domestic First Class Mail is 3-5 business days but sometimes takes longer. International delivery will vary significantly by destination. The budget shipping option does NOT include any shipping insurance, therefore, orders shipped with this option are NOT refundable in case of loss/damage during transit.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL (2-4 days, insured for up to $100)
The suggested delivery by USPS for domestic destinations (USA) is 2-4 business days and 6-10 for international. The Priority mail timeframe is NOT guaranteed by USPS, so occasionally delivery times could be longer.
USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS (1-2 days, insured for up to $100)
USPS suggests that Express mail is delivered in up to 2 business days for domestic destinations and 5 business days for international.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
It seldom happens that packages are lost/damaged in the mail, yet it is possible. Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail are always insured "during transit" for up to $100 value. Please note that in order to submit an insurance claim for lost items, USPS must declare the item lost in transit. Items that are stolen after already marked as delivered by USPS are not eligible for a claim.
INTERNATIONAL FEES
Many countries charge import duties and taxes for international packages. Any such local fees are a responsibility of the buyer.

We use only the highest quality gold and silver for our jewelry. We buy the raw material from the most trusted and reputable suppliers in the U.S. We pay the premium prices because we want our clients to receive the best.
IMPORTANT: Please carefully consider the color and properties of the material before placing an order.
Silver:
Sterling silver is the most economical choice among the precious metals. It has an appealing look and similar hardness (scratch resistance) as gold. However if not stored and maintained properly, silver can tarnish fairly easy. Tarnishing is a natural process typically caused by the contact of the silver with the oxygen in the air, but it could be accelerated by humidity, exposure to household chemicals, natural acids and oils from the skin, etc. The effect would often appear as dull, dark spots over the metal, making even the smallest scratches from the normal wear visible. For rings made from sterling silver, we recommend to be cleaned/polished with tarnish removal compounds/solutions once a month, or whenever you notice discoloration or spots. If you prefer a maintenance-free option please consider ordering White Gold as an alternative. Please note that the ring gift-boxes are not designed for long-term storage of silver as they don’t provide sufficient protection against tarnishing.
Gold (Yellow, White, Pink/Rose):
Gold is considered by many the best material for rings because of its properties - a gold ring would never tarnish and it would not require frequent cleaning as silver does. The color would depend on the Karat (the percentage of pure gold in the alloy). High Karat gold has warmer and more saturated color. The gold as all other precious metals is not scratch resistant. We recommend the rings to be restored (re-polished) annually. We offer restoration services at a discounted price for all rings made by our studio.

Ring Size, Width, Thickness

Production Time
We make each ring from scratch after it is ordered and our standard production time for simple bands is 2 weeks. Designer collection rings usually take 2-3 weeks. You can find the estimated delivery date on each product page, in your shopping cart, or on your receipt. Please note the delivery date displayed on product pages is just an estimate based on "ideal" shipping timeframes provided by USPS. The only shipping service with a guaranteed delivery timeframe by USPS is Priority EXPRESS (1-2 business days).
Before purchasing Express shipping, consider a Rush Production Time Upgrade - you may be able to get your rings much sooner at the same or even lower overall cost.
