About

The need to create is impossible to hold.

Since childhood i had very strong need to create. The need quickly transformed into passion. I started my adventure with jewelry about ten years ago and to this day it gives me joy.

The shop was created to share my woks with people around the world. There is no greater satisfaction than knowing that my works made someone happy.

The shop is my hobby. I'm glad that my works don't end up in sock drawer anymore.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 60 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 90 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Lost package:
If your package is not delivered after the declared time you choose one of two options:
a) I fully refund your order (with the shipping cost)
b) I send you another one on my expense

Item broken, you don't like the item or other issues with order:
Contact me immediately, and choose one of two options:
a) I fully refund your order (with the shipping cost)
b) I send you another one on my expense

In any case you don't have to send me back the order. It's usually very expensive
to ship it back.
Payment
Payment via PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. You can cancel your order anytime before I ship it.
Shipping
I send everything from my shop anywhere in the world, within 1-3 business day. If you want to rush your order, feel free to write that in your message order, and I'll do my best to send it quicker.

Standard Shipping:

USA, Kanada: 1-3 weeks, tracking outside Poland not available
Rest of the world: 1-3 weeks, tracking depend on country

Global Express:

Europe: 3-6 business days, tracking in most countries
USA, Kanada: 6-14 business days, tracking possible
Rest of the world: 6-14 business days, tracking depend on country

If your Global Express is not tracked after leaving Poland it means it's held at customs. They don't track it until it gets released.
