A Hot Flame, Some Metal and a Hammer.
Welcome to my store and my story.
After decades of raising kids, and paying bills (although I'm still paying bills), I've finally carved some time for my jewelry.
I was taught jewelry and metal smithing in High School by Rolf Lotz and later at Palomar College by Anthony Lugo. But it wasn't until a few years ago that I could finally start to refresh my skills and learn some new ones
While most of my work has been in sterling silver, I love working with copper and brass. I've also collected a sizable number of stones, both precious and semi-precious to set.
Hopefully you will like my art, Hopefully you will buy some of my art and tell a friend to check out my shop.
While most of my time is spent "at work" (I manage a successful real estate team). My time in the shop is spent thinking of new designs, incorporating new techniques and hopefully making pretty things that will sell.
In the end there is more to my art than " A Hot Flame, Some Metal and a Hammer." But sometimes that is still my favorite thing to do, just start pounding away and see what comes out of it.
