Welcome and thanks for visiting my shop.

I'm located in England and I create elegant solid silver jewellery with rare or unusual beads.

Everything is designed and handmade by me in Nottingham, UK. All the pieces in my shop are available now for immediate despatch. My international customers are important to me so whether you're in the UK or overseas I aim to get your jewellery to you quickly.

I don't mass produce anything so the piece you wear is very likely to be unique.

My aim is that you will be delighted with your jewellery and be happy to buy again and tell your friends about my shop.

My favourite beads are vintage lucite moonglows, hence the name of my shop: SilverMoonglow. They have a subtle glow and a delicate sheen unlike any other beads.

Lucite beads in the moonglow finish are no longer manufactured so there's a diminishing supply out there. I love their rarity.

Lucite seems to be a generic term these days for anything and everything that's not classified elsewhere so I'm very careful to source my beads from just a few trusted suppliers.

Genuine vintage lucite has no seam and is a little heavier than cheap plastic or acrylic substitutes.

My jewellery is made with unused beads so even when the beads are vintage they have never been used before.

There are many other beads out there apart from vintage lucite and I love to share my unusual finds. If it's beautiful, I'll use it.

I value excellent customer service so I extend that same philosophy to all my customers.

I hope you find something you like. I'm happy to discuss custom made pieces.

Bracelet sizes

My bracelets are sized by measuring the internal measurement of the bracelet and I give the finished size of the bracelet in each listing.

Finished size of bracelet:
Small up to 7 inches, 17.75 cms
Medium up 7.5 inches, 19 cms
Large up to 8.5 inches, 21.5 cms

To find the best fit, measure your wrist and add about three quarters to one inch to allow for drape, 2 to 2.5 cms.

If your wrist measures 6 inches, or 15.5 cms, add one inch, 2.5 cms, for drape, so choose a small bracelet up to 7 inches, 17.75.

If your wrist measures 6.5 inches, 16.5cms, add one inch, 2.5cms for drape, so choose a bracelet up to 7.5 inches, 19 cms.

If your wrist measures 7 inches, 17.75 cms, add one inch for drape, so choose a bracelet up to 8.5 inches, 21.5 cms.

All bracelets can be resized to fit, free of charge.

The jewellery is made with the highest quality stringing thread with maximum flexibility and each piece has a little extra inbuilt slack to ensure best drape.

Still hesitating? Send me a message via the convo button and we can talk!
