Finding jewelry that speaks to you shouldn't be a chore. Silver Phantom Jewelry was founded in 2013 as an Etsy shop with the mission of helping people find necklaces, rings, earrings, and ear cuffs that connect with the wearer.

Our pieces are inspired by gothic style, biker jewelry, nature, animals, and every-day objects to create a unique aesthetic nearly anyone can identify with - resulting in endless compliments and hearing "where did you get that?!" from friends and strangers alike.

1. How would I know if my product is defective?
>> An item is defective when the product you receive doesn’t work as intended.

2. How can I be eligible for a refund?
>> Refunds will be granted upon return of the purchased item in its original, brand new condition.
>> Refunds must be requested for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase.
>> We will process the refund once we have received the return.

3. Do you allow item exchange?
>> Yes. We allow item exchanges as long as it’s within 60 days from the date of purchase.
>> Customer must shoulder the price difference if the item requested for exchange is priced higher than the original order.
>> We will process the exchange once we have received the return.

4. Who covers the return shipping?
>> We offer free customer returns within 60 days of purchase for any reason for US orders.

5. What is the return & exchange policy for international orders?
Return and refund requests are not accepted due to the processing time and cost.

6. Is the shipping fee refundable?
>> No, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

7. Holiday Return Policy
>> We have an extended return policy for orders made from October 1st to December 25th.
>> The deadline for holiday returns is February 28th of the following year.
Payment is due prior to shipping. We accept PayPal and credit card payments but no personal checks
**US Orders**
All shipments are done with USPS First Class mail. Orders usually ship the next business day, though please allow 3-4 business days for your order to ship. Generally USPS first class mail takes 5-7 business days after shipping to arrive.

If you require faster shipping we can ship USPS Priority mail for an additional $5. If you would like this service please indicate that in the order notes.

**International Orders**
All international orders are processed via our main website.

2. Click on Add to Cart > Global Checkout. The shipping timeframe and fees will be displayed once you enter the country.
