CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS
When scheduling permits, I accept a limited number of Custom Orders each quarter. Announcements for availability will always be made on Instagram. There is usually a waitlist for Custom Orders, so please feel free to email me to get on the waitlist.

RESERVATIONS/HOLDS
Unfortunately, I cannot accept reservations or hold items. All new work in the monthly ‘Silver Raven’ Collection Drops are offered on a first come first serve basis. Joining the SRS VIP Club at SilverRavenStudio.com is the best way to access new work and attempt to get the piece you want.

PRODUCTION

READY TO SHIP ITEMS
• These items are fabricated and one-of-a-kind.
• No modifications or resizing is offered.
• Ships within 3-5 days after payment is processed.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
• These are pre-designed items that are crafted in your size.
• Production time can be 2-4 weeks.
• Ships within 1-2 days after completion.

CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS
• These items are custom designed, crafted in your size.
• Production time can be 4-6 weeks.
•. Production will begin after the 50% deposit is received.
•. Deposit is nonrefundable or transferable.
• Final Payment is due upon completion.
• Ships within 1-2 days after final payment is made.

UNITED STATES ORDERS:
• Ships via USPS Priority or First Class with tracking & insurance.
• Items usually arrive within 3-5 days after shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
• Ships via DHL or USPS First Class International.
• US Customs Order Number is provided for tracking.
• Item can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
• Buyer is responsible for any customs or import fees.

MATERIALS

METALS
All the featured silver is either 999 Pure/Fine Silver or 925 Sterling. There is absolutely no nickel or silver plated materials present in any of my work.

STONES + GEMS
High quality natural stones & Gems are used in all my work. They are often cut from rough rock slabs by me in my studio. Or they are purchased from Gem & Mineral Shows, Lapidary Artists, Reputable Stone Dealers and/or Mine Owners.

PATINAS + OXIDATION
I use patinas (surface coloration) in several of my pieces to create an antique rustic aesthetic. Much like Silver Tarnishes over time, a patina can fade/wear off and or naturally change colors from blue, green – black. If you would like your piece re-oxidized, please contact me.

JEWELRY CARE

REMOVAL
• Do NOT allow your jewelry to get wet.
• Remove all jewelry when doing household chores (dishes, yard work, etc)
• Remove any pieces prior to showering, swimming, surf, sports & exercise.
• After each wearing, gently wipe each piece clean of any makeup or skin oil residue with a 100% soft cotton cloth.

CLEANING + STORAGE
• Please do not use chemical jewelry cleaners on the pieces purchased in this shop as they can strip the oxidation and damage the natural stone.
• A soft jewelry pad or cloth will work to restore the sterling silver luster.
• A polishing cloth + storage bag is provided with your order.
• Keep items in individual velvet soft bags that are provided with your order.
