We pride ourselves on using quality ingredients and excellent customer service.
All items come from a pet and smoke free home.
We only accept PayPal. Payment in full is due within 72 hours of purchase.
We ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. **Note: eChecks through PayPal can take up to 8 days to clear. We can only ship once the eCheck has cleared.
General shipping method is the USPS First Class Mail, but we will always automatically upgrade to USPS Priority if the shipping amount charged will cover it.
Upgrades are no problem if you need an item urgently - please just let us know.
Refunds and Exchanges
On rare occasions, items may be damaged during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 3 business days of receipt so we can replace it.
No returns will be accepted since our items are food and are perishable.
