5 out of 5 starsThis is amazing. It’s challenging to throw. I see why they call the burpee maker but it links you to an instructional video. I’m not sure if I will be able to avoid burpees on this one, but without this I hade 0 chance. Now with practice I do have a chance. It’s not a ability most people are born with. I think the only way to properly train is with an actual spear. So I’m super excited I found this it is very well made and it makes me very happy. If you are going train for spartan I highly recommend this product. I saw instructions on how to construct one but it definitely wouldn’t have been this sturdy and I’ve never seen one in person I don’t know that I would have been confident I did it correctly. Thanks!

In 2015 I realized that there were a lot of people that didn't have the time or tools necessary to make their own reliable practice spears, so I made a few extra for some people and that's when OCRspears.com was born.
Unlike the spears most people use that are held together with duct tape and glue, my spears are all hand made by myself using the finest materials, so these spears will last for years!

Due to the nature of what these spears are being used for, which is being forcibly thrown at a target, I cannot in good faith guarantee them.
