Payment
Please pay for the item within 48 hours of your purchase so that I can ship your item promptly. I accept payments through Paypal.
Shipping
I use USPS Parcel pose mail with insurance. Each item is placed inside a jewelry gift box and then inside a padded mailing envelope. For combined shipping, I have to add .50 more for each additional item to cover the packaging costs unless you do not need a gift box. I will ship using USPS First Class Mail (1-3 days). I accept money orders and payments from verified Paypal accounts please.

If you need the piece sooner, PLEASE EMAIL ME BEFORE PURCHASING and I will get you a quote.

If your item has become damaged in transit, email me within 10 days of receiving the item to work out a solution. Remember that I include shipping insurance which covers loss or damage.
Refunds and Exchanges
