Customer service was incredible. They were able to customize it as i requested, answered all of my questions when i was unsure about exactly what i wanted and were very patient. My necklace arrived exactly as expected and in a very timely manner. I will definitely order from this vendor again! Love it!

It’s super cute! Fast shipping. Be advised though due to the letter having a heavier loop on the bottom the letter does not sit straight. Also, the chain does get tangled with all the loops and points. Besides this, it’s a great piece and I’ve gotten many compliments.

These initial pendants are beautiful. I purchased two of them in the large size. I have looked at many different styles of initials and these are by far the nicest of any I’ve seen. I will wear them often. I love knowing that they were crafted by hand. Thank you, Carol!

I received the necklace the necklace recently and was in aw! Every detail was beautiful. Even down to the packaging! This beautiful necklace more than exceeded my expectations.
