Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal or Credit Card payments via PayPal from US and Canadian customers. International customers please pay via PayPal only. International customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, etc.

Important: If you chose to pay by echeck on PayPal, it takes 5-7 business days for the echeck to be cleared. We only ship the item once the echeck is cleared, so by choosing to pay by echeck, your package shipping will be delayed by 1-2 weeks before it is sent out.

We will be pleased to ship to our international customers. Please contact us in advance of purchase to confirm the shipping and handling cost for destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada. The buyer is responsible for payment of all applicable customs fees.

Insurance is available to the buyer as an option at a cost of $1.50 per shipment (we subsidize the cost to encourage our buyers to insure their purchases). Once the package has been shipped, SilverWerks will not be responsible for lost packages if insurance was not purchased.

All items will be gift wrapped. Everyone deserves a gift, even if it is just for you! We will be happy to include a gift message with the package. We can also ship to a different address if you choose to send an item to a friend. Just let us know in the Note to Sellers section with your specifications and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

Unless there is a flaw in the craftsmanship of my work, I generally do not accept returns. I try to take pictures that show the facets of each piece and note anything out of the ordinary on the item listing page. Please contact me within 24 hours if you need to return an item. Hopefully we can make it right! Each piece is hand made by me, and I do not ship out items that I do not stand by the quality 100 percent. My pieces are truly one of a kind and have a unique, hand made personality!
