1. Once we receive an order at Silver & Silk, the piece is created, only by hand,
just for you,using the finest materials. If the item you have choosen is on stock and the size suits you perfectly, it will be shipped right away.
2. When the payment is made, the item is shipped to the given address from
Athens, Greece within 5-7 working days. We ship all orders via REGISTERED MAIL
with a TRACKING NUMBER by the Hellenic Post Office. All items will be delivered in
sleek packaging or gift wrapped after request.
3. A soon as the order is shipped, we contact you with the exact day of shipment and
the tracking number.
4. Your order will reach its destination after shipment within:
European Union : a week
United States-Canada-Australia : 1-3 weeks
Everywhere else : 10 – 25 days
