The post office says my item was delivered but I don't have it.
Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it is being delivered. If your package says it was delivered to your address from my end, contact your local USPS for more information. I am not able to control what happens to the package after it says it has been delivered to your address. Package Theft is not covered with shipping insurance and I will not replace the item.
How long does an item take to be made?
Once it is time to create your order, from pour to ship it is a week process due to curing time.
