These came out great. I have the leaf design and there multiple types of leaf combinations to make them all unique. I'm excited to use these on my favors.

I only accept Paypal currently as it is safe and quick. If you need other arrangements I will consider it on a case-by-case basis.

PLEASE NOTE: You don’t need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal. You can use your credit card without signing up for a Paypal account.

I will begin design once payment has cleared. Sales tax will be added to all Pennsylvania orders.

Due to the fact that everything is handmade and custom I cannot accept returns. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please do convo or email me and I will do my best to create a solution we can both agree upon.
I ship to your Etsy address. Please make sure this address is accurate when you checkout to avoid delays in delivery.

I use USPS for the most part but will use UPS on occasion. For completed stationery suites I will ship with insurance and the shipping charges will be included with your final balance payment.

If your Etsy purchase status says "received payment" then I am processing your order. If you see "shipped item" then you'll be receiving your package shortly!
Refunds and Exchanges
Customized stationery is non-refundable.

I will provide you with pdf files that you can proof for errors and always work together to create the piece that you desire. Once the final design is approved via confirmation e-mail and printed, changes are not possible without additional payment.

Colors can look very different on computer monitors, the pdf file is meant for proofing the text and layout, not the actual colors printed. If time permits and you prefer, I will send you a sample invitation so that you can see what your colors will look like in the final printed invitation if you so desire.

If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please convo or email me and I will do my best to create a solution we can both agree upon.
Additional policies and FAQs
Placing a custom order with SimplYou Design:

Samples are available for a minimal cost, email me!

If you would like to place an order, the process goes a little something like this:

• Contact me with the number of invitation sets you desire (a minimum of 25 is required for most orders) and choice of design.

• I will return a price quote within a few days (unless my shop announcement states I am away from my computer for any extended period of time)

• When you approve the quote, I will create a reserve listing for you. Once both transactions are complete via etsy and paypal I will then begin design.

• After the transaction is complete email/convo me your ideas, detailed wording, colors and information for the piece. I will email you/convo you a pdf/jpg proof of your designs. You are entitled to 3 minor revisions on the proofs: colors, fonts and wording are all customizable. Each revision after that is a fee of $10.00 each. Please check and double check your proof, then have your best friend double check as well! I cannot be held responsible for typos.

• After your final written approval (via email or convo), I will send to print. If you require a prototype it will be an additional cost prior to printing. It takes from 15-25 business days to complete and assemble your order, depending on complexity and workload scheduling. Rush orders will always be considered altho not recommended.
