    Perfect item, just what I ordered. She was kind enough to include spare ones in case I need a different size... What more can you ask for ? Perfect and kind service, and fast delivery. Can only recommend her and her handywork :)


An eclectic mix from an eclectic life!

I started my shop as an outlet for some of the many creations I find myself making. Craft, to me, is a way to relax, to unwind and to keep my mind active. This shop is here to share my work with a greater audience. I'm not just here for profit (although it would be nice!), I hope to forge friendships with like minded folk too. Craft is the great team sport and I love being a part of it :-)

Welcome to Simple As Solutions on Etsy! Do come in, make yourself at home and have a look around my eclectic mix of items. Have a question? Returns and exchanges
Returns Policy, Non-Faulty Goods

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 working days from the day you receive your item in which to alert me that you wish to return the goods. Please contact me and I will advise you as to how I wish to have the item(s) returned. Once we have spoken, please return the goods to me in the original packaging and with the original invoice within 14 days. I will refund the cost of the item by whatever method was used for payment. If an item is returned without being faulty, Simple As Solutions is not required to refund the cost of return postage. Please note if items have been custom made, you are not entitled to return the goods unless they are faulty. A returns form and a copy of our returns policy will be emailed to you when the purchase is made.

Returns Policy, Faulty or Missing Goods

In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty, please advise me as soon as possible and we will make arrangements to have the goods returned and the cost of return postage will be refunded. As with the returns of non-faulty goods, you have 14 days from the day of receipt of the item(s). Depending on the fault I will either repair, refund or offer a credit note; it is up to you which option you choose. Any discrepancy between the invoice and the contents of the shipment must be brought to my attention within the prescribed 14-day deadline.

If you are unhappy with your item please do, in the first instance, contact me. It may be that we can rectify the problem and I will certainly strive to do so.
I currently only accept paypal payments, although if this really is a struggle let me know and I'll see if we can work something out. I would appreciate it if payment is made within three days of purchase confirmation else shipping may be delayed by other orders.

I am also willing to swap/trade items, just contact me to see if we can go down this route.

Pre-made items will be shipped as soon as payment is received and I will contact you to confirm dispatch.

Made to order Items will be shipped once payment has been confirmed and the item is complete, there may be a small delay during busy periods but I will always keep you informed of progress and estimated dispatch times.
Delivery will be made via Royal Mail postal service. Should you require a tracked package this can be arranged (to items shipped within the UK) at a higher price, please do contact me.

Many of my items are marked as made to order, with this in mind I have placed extended processing deadlines on these to cover multiple orders and busy periods. Please be advised that I will, in many cases, ship earlier than these estimates and will always strive to deliver items as soon as I possibly can.

Postage and Packaging prices have been calculated to cover what I believe will be the cost to ship items (including suitable packaging materials). However, these vary widely depending upon location and item. If I find that I have grossly over-estimated the amount it will cost to send the package to you I will, of course, refund the difference. I appeal to your patience as I learn the ropes of this side of things!

Please be aware that some packaging may be recycled in order to economise my prices and better serve the environment.

International items may be subject to customs upon entering the recipients country, I'm afraid these will have to be paid by you the buyer as I have no way of pre calculating it.

Whilst delivery by Royal Mail is often prompt, I'm afraid I can't account for items that may be held up by your local customs and regulations.

Simple As Solutions does not store or share your personal information. The only information we collect is your name, address and email for the purpose of postage or if we need to contact you regarding your order. All debit/credit card information is collected securely by our payment providers.
