Items ship USPS with Insurance & is calculated by Size, Weight & Distance.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
We carefully pack each & every item with sufficient packing material to ensure a safe journey. Unfortunately, accidents do happen & sadly an item may arrive damaged.
Should this happen, please send us an email.
Please include several CLEAR pictures of the damaged item, box & packing material.
We will then file an insurance claim with USPS using the information you provided us with.
Once the claim has been approved & we receive the insurance funds, we will refund your PayPal account.
Please keep in mind that this process can take up to 4 weeks depending on how quickly USPS can process the claim.
Please be sure to hold onto the damaged item, box & packing materials as you may be contacted by USPS.
USPS may require you to bring these items to your local Post Office for inspection. If this procedure isn't followed, USPS will deny the claim.
Should USPS deny the claim, we will not issue you a refund for the damaged item. USPS will only reimburse for the amount that was insured. They do not reimburse for shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds (excluding shipping) will only be given if you feel we have misrepresented the item in any way.
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, cannot be worn, washed, altered or played with.
It must be returned in the same exact condition as how we shipped it.
It must also include Insurance, Delivery Conf. & all shipping materials that we used.
