Hello potential customers!

Below you will see a list of some of my policies and procedures from Simple Designs By Jessy. The shop policies will be updated as needed and be modified should anything change, so please double check before you follow through with your purchase.

If you see something that you would like changed/corrected or added, send me an email and I will take your suggestions and feedback into strong consideration. All constructive criticism is appreciated.

Payment

Simple Designs By Jessy has joined the PayPal way of accepting payments and refunds.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your design purchase and would like your monies back, please contact me immediately before sending it back.

Shipping

I understand the shipping costs are a bit high, however, I selected UPS and Priority Mail as my vendors for shipments due to the fact of having a tracking number and confirmation that the package was received. Simple Designs By Jessy values your purchase and you as a customer, therefore we want to ensure your package gets to you in the same condition as it left our hands.

Shipping rates vary depending on location as well as size and weight of package, if your shipping cost is less, you will be refunded the excess via PayPal.

Simple Designs By Jessy is more than happy to ship to Canada and/or other International destinations, however, shipping costs will be much higher due to your location. Should you live outside of the Continental United States and would like to follow through with your purchase, please contact me prior so we can estimate a shipping rate for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

You will have 10 business days from the time you receive your purchase to contact me for a refund should you be unhappy for any reason. I want you to be 100% happy about your purchase and your experience, so please allow me the opportunity to make things right if something should go wrong.

Additional Policies and FAQs

My work hours vary significantly throughout the work week. Please feel free to contact me anytime via email. However, with phone calls I ask that people respect my off hours and no phone calls after 7 p.m. central time zone. I will get back with you within 24 hours, if not sooner, if I am not available immediately upon contact.

Please allow 3-5 business days for me to customize your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it has been damaged in any way, please contact me immediately so I can make good on my end.

All orders come with application instructions and squeegee.
