Simple Elegance Design started off as a hobby. Creating invitation designs and a beautiful final product for friends and family is something I enjoy. I expanded that hobby to start a small business with the belief that doing what I love will be reflected in the design and quality of my work.

I specialize in modern, elegant invitations and programs. Choose from ready made designs, all of which are customizable, or allow me to create the style of your dreams. I am enthusiastic about delivering you not only a great product but a keepsake to remember your special day.

Form of Payment

Simple Elegance Design accepts PayPal and any major credit card for payment of your deposit and balance.

Custom Stationery Deposit

A $50 deposit is required for custom wedding invitations. A $25 deposit is required for all other invitations and stationery. This deposit is required for your first set of proofs and will apply to your order total. Once we have designed your proofs the deposit cannot be refunded.

Full payment on your order is required before printing begins. The balance will be due after proof approval and before printing.

Proofing Process

Your order includes 2 rounds of email proofs. The first round of proofs will be emailed to you after you have submitted your wording. You may request changes an additional time, resulting in an additional proof. Each set of proofs after the initial 2 sets will be $15.

The following is included in the proofing process:
• Personalization of your wording
• Font changes
• Color changes (to any color available for that particular invitation or stationery)
• Design changes (where available on applicable invitations with designs)

Custom Paper Choice

You can personalize your wedding stationery to any paper choice that may be available for your selection. Most invitations can be printed on Solid, Metallic, Linen, Vellum or Recycled paper. Change of paper choice may result in additional cost.

Rush Orders

We will try to accomodate all orders, including those that need to be shipped out in two week or less. Please allow a minimum of three weeks for wedding invitations. Rush orders will include an additional charge. Please contact us to determine whether we can accomodate your accelerated timeline.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable once your proofs have been designed. You can still cancel your order at any point after that, but the deposit will not be refunded.

Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started. Printing begins once full payment on your order is made.
Shipping
Samples

Sample shipping is free within the US! Samples ship within 3 business days of ordering. Samples are shipped via first class mail and will arrive within 4-5 days in the US, and within 5-30 days internationally.

Wedding Invitations & Stationery

Proofs: Proofs will be emailed within 3 business days of placing your order and submitting your wording.

Printing: Printing takes 7-14 business days.

Domestic Shipping (within US): Custom stationery ships via USPS Priority Mail. Packages reach their destination in approximately 2-3 business days.

Rush Delivery: We do offer USPS Express and FedEx mail, which have 1-2 day shipping times (domestic). If would like expedited shipping or have a rush order, please let us know and we can use one of these services for an additional fee.

International Shipping (outside of the US): We ship all international packages via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping estimate for Priority Mail is 6-10 days. This is not a guarantee, but an estimate, and DOES NOT include time spent in customs. We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs.

Some countries charge tax and duties on international shipments. As the buyer, you are responsible for all taxes, duties and other charges your home country may make. Please look into the policies of your home country before placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Be sure to check your proofs over carefully for spellings, punctuation, capitalization and grammar. We are not responsible for mistakes in approved proofs

Returns based on color are not accepted. Because computer monitors are different, printed stationery may not match what you see on your computer. While color may not always be an exact match, we will be sure that your order looks beautiful and is as close as possible to what you saw on your computer.
