Shipping Questions???
Shipping for items that are RTS {Ready To Ship} is 1-3 Business Days.
Shipping for everything else .... My production time for most items is is 10-14 business days. I'm usually quicker than that, but I am a mom and sometimes I need the full 10-14 days. I don't work on Saturday or Sunday, that time is reserved for my family. All orders are completed in the order in which they are received.
Custom crowns and ponytail ribbon orders may take a bit longer due to their custom nature.

At SimpleHearted, I design Unique On-Trend hair accessories for everyone. All headbands can be made to fit any age from newborn to adult. Almost all of my items can be customized to match that perfect outfit! Just send me a conversation.
*Don't forget to leave your headband size, color choice, or clip type at checkout:) I can't ship your order until I have all the information needed to make your items.
Please Note: At times the USPS is experiences major delays in deliveries. Once I ship an order, it is in the hands of USPS. I can provide tracking information, but delivery speed is completely out of my hands after that.

Sizing?? How do I measure for a headband?
Using a soft tape measure, measure exactly where you want the headband to lie around your head. Choose the size below, or about 1" smaller than your head measurement. Our elastics are very stretchy and will grow with your child!

Newborn (birth - 3mo): 13"
Baby (3-6 mo) : 15"
Toddler (6mo - 2yrs) : 16"
Girl (2yrs - teen): 17"
Adult : 18"
Ex: Baby's head measures 14.50" | Choose the Newborn 13.5"
If you are unsure or think you need a half size just leave your head measurement in the note section during checkout!
When will my item ship? Do you offer expidited shipping?
All of my items are handmade, and sometimes handmade takes more time. The current production time is 10-14 business days. Please note that we don't work on weekends or holidays, that time is reserved for our families.
Need it by a certain date? That's no problem at all, just write in the date in the note section at checkout and we will process and ship your order ASAP. There's also options for a faster shipping method available at checkout.

We try to offer a variety of Mounting Options for each product we sell. Why? Because, everyone has different hair and different preferences for clips, bobby pins, headbands, and hairstyles.
