Meaningful Made Easy

Taylor has always loved sentimental gifts. The kind of gifts that you receive and say "Wow, this is just for me!" and make you feel all warm and special inside. You can ask her closest friends or her fiancé Nick, she always goes over the top to make sure their gift is something more than just another gift card and "happy birthday" card from the card section at the grocery store. Gift-giving is one of Taylor's favorite things, and she wanted to recreate the warm fuzzy feeling of a sentimental gift with people around the world. Each design is hand-lettered and has the potential to be customized, making each product unique. Simple & Sentimental hopes to help everyone with the gift-giving experience, whether the gift is for a friend or yourself.

Sentimental gifts are one of our favorite things, but they can get so time consuming! By the end of it all, you've spent a ton of money trying to DIY something with endless amounts of supplies you'll probably shove in your closet and never see again. Let us handle the hassle. You can receive a ready-to-go unique gift, for a friend or yourself!

Taylor is a full time college student at East Carolina University majoring in business. She runs the day-to-day operations of the shop with the help of her fiancé Nick. Together, they create each order and mail it out themselves.

Decal Application Instructions

1. Clean surface decal is being applied to.
2. Flip decal over on a flat surface, design side face down.
3. Remove the white paper backing at a 45 degree angle,
repeating step 2 as needed.
4. Apply the decal to the surface. Press down on the decal
in the center, working your way out to the edges
5. Rub over the decal thoroughly before removing the
transfer tape at a 45 degree angle.

-Do not apply decals when very hot or cold outside
-If applied to a cup, hand wash only
-Allow decal 72 hours to adhere to the item before use

Drinkware Care Instructions

-Hand wash only!
-Do not scrub or soak for long periods of time

Items Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrived broken or damaged due to shipping, please send us a message with a photo of the item and the box it came in within 48 hours of delivery!

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If you have entered the incorrect shipping address at checkout, please message us and let us know ASAP! If you item has already shipped, we cannot change the address. If it is returned to us, we can ship it again but you will be asked to pay the cost of another shipping label.

Incorrect Orders

This rarely happens, but because each item is handmade by people, we have human error sometimes! If your order has the incorrect color, incorrect spelling, etc, please contact us within 48 hours of the package being delivered and send a photo so we can send a new product or find another solution.

If you order is missing an item, let us know and we will check our cameras in our production facility to verify if anything was left out of the order.

Missing Information at Checkout

If you forget to leave us information for your order (name, date, etc) please message it to us ASAP! We will message you when we notice it's missing and wait to do your order until we know. If the information missing is a color for the lettering, tumbler, etc, we will use the color in the first listing photo.

Missing Shipments

If your order has shipped and has been marked as delivered, but it not on your doorstep, below are some helpful tips on how to locate the package

-Check all side doors and your mailbox, they may have delivered it in an unusual place
-Wait a few days. Sometimes it gets marked as delivered, then actually gets delivered a few days later
-After the first options have been exhausted, visit your local post office. Give them the tracking number, and let them know what happened. Ask to get in touch with the person who delivers mail on your route, they can get the GPS coordinates and tell you (within 15 ft) where it was delivered
