Most items in my shop are ready to ship same or next business day. All jewelry arrives in a complimentary decorative cardboard gift box, ready for gift giving :).

Simple Soul Studios cares about the environment! All purchases will be shipped in either a compostable mailer or a curbside recyclable kraft mailer. Kraft jewelry boxes can be reused or recycled. Any bags, plastic, or bubble wrap that may be associated with your order can be recycled with plastic film recycling at local stores providing these collection bins.

International customers, please be aware of additional customs, duties, and VAT taxes your country may charge you. Sellers cannot pay these for you, so be sure to look into your country's import rules prior to purchase. EU CUSTOMERS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE AND STATE THAT THEY WILL PAY THESE FEES PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. A note on shipping...all orders are shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy. Please make sure that this address is correct prior to finalizing your order. You are responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address that you did not update in your Etsy account. Shipping charges are non refundable. Should your package be returned to sender, a refund will be provided on the item price alone less shipping charges.
