Shop policies
Due to copyright laws I am not able to sell items with licensed characters, but I am happy to make items with coordinating color schemes.
Quantity discounts are available for some items in my shop and 60 days notice is required to receive the discount. I can usually accommodate large orders with less notice but they will be charged at regular price.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Large and custom orders will be handled on an individual basis.
Payment
I accept the following forms of payment:
Paypal, which allows you to pay with a credit or debit card even if you don't have a Paypal account. Please make sure the address you want your items shipped to is correct!
For custom items I do ask for payment up front. If you'd like to see a sample before ordering please contact me to make arrangements.
Shipping
Personally, I love shopping on-line but do not like to pay shipping charges. I will do my best to only charge you what is needed.
Additional policies and FAQs
For all large and custom orders: Please contact me with details about the items you need including quantity, colors, and date needed. When an order agreement is reached I will create a reserved listing and give you an approximate ship date. I will begin working on your items after payment is received. My boxes are time consuming to make, so please allow adequate time for large orders. If you have a time restraint, please contact me and I will accomodate you as best as I can.
