Your business is my pleasure and it is my goal to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. I take pride in each piece of jewelry that I create. I give full attention to detail, and use only the finest materials. I strive for customer satisfaction.
Credit Card payments through Pay Pal. You can process payments through Pay Pal even without a Pay Pal account.
All packages are shipped via USPS first class mail Mon-Fri and within 1-2 days of payment being received. If you would like to upgrade shipping please contact me via convo or email: ljpcreations [!at] bellsouth.net.
I use bubble and/or padded mailers or corrugated boxes to ship all packages and when necessary I add extra padding to ensure items are not damages during shipping. To help conserve I will sometimes reuse bubble mailers.
Delivery confirmation is included with each package mailed.
Refunds and Exchanges
If ever you are not satisfied and do not love your purchase, simply return it within 10 days of purchase and I will be happy to issue you a refund.
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchanges.
Shipping cost for returns will be paid for by the customer and will not be included in the refund.
Additional Policies and FAQs
In the event a package is lost and not delivered at no fault of the shop owner; a refund or replacement item will not sent or your account refunded until an investigation has been completed with the postal service. For this purpose that is why we include delivery confirmation.
I am not currently offering wholesale prices.
