We want to make sure that you get the best experience when shopping with us. All of our items are handmade and unique in their own way. Our fabric is high quality, and we pay close attention to detail in everything we make. Keep in mind that as hard as we try, it is impossible to make 2 of the exact same items that perfectly match. We will do our best to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, as you shop at Simple Additions.

Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy or have concerns about the item you ordered we do allow exchange of the exact product as long as it is returned within 30 days of a purchase. If you decide to exchange an item please send it back by placing the item neatly in the same packaging, and making sure we receive it within the 30 day time period. Once its received we will send you another one as soon as we can. (note: We may not have the same materials due to all of the fabric we go through, we will notify you if this is a problem) Buyer is only responsible for shipping the purchased item back. Shipping will not be charged for the replacement item.
Payment
We except Pay Pal and Cashier Checks. If you are paying with a Cashiers check you have up to 2 weeks to pay for the item. If check is not received within 2 weeks of purchase then item will be re-listed for another buyer. If you are paying with Pay Pal you have up to 5 days to pay or item will be re-listed for another buyer.
Shipping
We will ship the items within 2-7 days of purchase. Almost all items will be sent through the USPS using First-Class or Parcel Post mail. This may take up to 5-7 days for buyer to receive item once it is shipped.
