I did not receive my item, nor a response from the shop owner, after leaving two messages. My credit card was charged immediately, but after two weeks, the info on this receipt reads, "not shipped", and the owner is not answering my messages. Next step is to file a dispute with my CC company. Very disappointed!

Adorable romper/blouse in super condition. It arrived prettily gift-wrapped--always a treat. Seller was prompt, kind, and generous in resolving an issue for me. GOOD customer service!

If paying with an e-check through Paypal, I will ship your items AFTER payment has cleared. Unfortunately this may take up to several days to process.
All dosmestic orders are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation and a tracking number will be given along with a shipping notification to Domestic U.S. states, so that they can be tracked as to the day of delivery.
All glass items will be shipped using insurance to cover any damages that may occur during shipping. The insurance will already be put into the total shipping cost for these items.
Please make sure that you have a confirmed PayPal address or that your Etsy address matches your PayPal address.
In order to protect your financial security, PayPal requires that we ship all orders to the addresss on file with PayPal. If this address is not your current or correct address, please alert PayPal.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are given only in the event of items damaged during shipment. And buyer must provide proof of damage before refund is issued.
