PAYMENTS
There can be no cancellation once a wreath is shipped. If ordering a custom wreath full payment is required before work begins on your order. No refunds will be given on custom ordered products.

SHIPPING
Your order will ship via USPS or FedEx. Please see each listing for shipping and process time. You will also receive a notification from ETSY with a tracking number.

In order to protect your wreath during shipment I use a sturdy corrugated box that is designed for shipping. I secure your wreath into the shipping box to ensure your wreath will not move around during shipment. I do not make money on shipping. Majority of the time I pay more than I charge my customers. Many sellers have decreased the size of their wreaths because of the increases in shipping rates. My wreaths remain generous in size and extremely full. My average wreath measures 28"-30" sometimes more with embellishments. They are also very deep and require 8-12" depth box to avoid smashing.

My items are not eligible for combined shipping. Due to the size of the shipping box dimensional weight is used. Shipping can easily exceed $25 especially to mid or western states. In these cases I end up paying the difference.

I do not ship signature required unless requested and the cost will be added to the total price. I am not responsible for stolen packages. If you live in an apartment you may want to consider signature required. Before checkout message me and I will adjust the price accordingly.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final once payment is received. Due to the nature of this product, I do not accept refunds. If there was any damage to the wreath during shipping please contact me. I will request that you provide pictures of the shipping box and damage to the product. In the event of damage during shipment your purchase should be covered under insurance. If you feel the workmanship of the wreath is defective then we can discuss an exchange for a wreath of equal value. In order to proceed you will need to return your wreath in it's original packaging.
