Wow!! From start to end, nothing but pure perfection. Amazing customer service. So friendly. And as for the clutch itself.... I am so in love with it. I got my linen in Apple Green to go with my wedding theme and it's stunning. A beautiful 2 tone lining, not just a boring plan colour. Very roomy too. Enough for a heap of make up and extras. Highly recommend. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Additional policies and FAQs
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Ah yes! I love working with people, so if you have a particular fabric, color, or frame in mind, please convo me and we'll work to create your masterpiece. There are some fantastic prints out there that would make beautiful purses.

Q: How much time do I need to give you for custom orders?
A: In general, please give me at least 4 weeks. It will depend on what else I have going on, but we can negotiate a timeline that works for you when we set up the order.

Q: How long does it take you to ship an item?
A: I like to have a stock of already made purses when possible (check the "ready to ship" section). If they are ready to ship, I aim to get them out to you between 1-2 days after your payment. Whether it's custom or ready to ship, I'll be sure to let you know when it's coming.

Q: So, do you really make all of these purses yourself?
A: Yes, I really do. Usually while watching/listening to trashy t.v. Because of the handmade nature of my items, no two items are alike so please allow for slight variances.

Q: Where do you make them?
A: In my (smoke-free) home. I managed to commandeer some space to permanently have my sewing machine.

Q: How do I take care of my clutch day-to-day?
A: Don’t use your clutch when it’s raining outside (unless you will be strictly indoors)
Avoid leaving your clutch laying on grass, flooring, or even on a table where wine or food can easily spill or splash on it.

Keep the clutch in the dust bag with an insert so it will keep its form and shape while you are not using it.

If you took your clutch on a trip and it got crunched or wrinkled, you can iron it. Set the iron on the silk setting for silk (or cotton) with some distilled water. The steam will help get those wrinkles out. Be gentle when ironing. It might help to open the mouth of the clutch and insert it on the narrow end of the iron so you can steam one side and then the other.

Q: Something stained my clutch! How do I clean it?
A: If the stain is not too bad, use warm water and a few drops of detergent for delicates (like Woolite® or baby detergents) and dab at the stain gently. Try not to rub the stain as that can cause it to spread and wear down the fibers (especially silk).

If your clutch it cotton, you can get away with trying a stain remover if it’s a heavy stain. But please be careful! Use just a little and again blot the stain as you go. When in doubt, as a professional.

If the stain is heavy, severe, or on light colored silk, consider taking it to a dry cleaner. I would highly encourage you to be mindful as to what dry cleaner you go to. Dry cleaners use a chemical called perchloroethylene or “perc,” which is really bad for the environment (classified as a Toxic Air Contaminant). Please search for an environmentally friendly cleaner that uses carbon dioxide, wet cleaning, and other eco-friendly cleaning solvents.
