Hey there, I’m Sarah! A wife, mum, fur mama, certified master life coach and goal success coach, founder of a Simple and Contented Life and your mentor for making a change for the better.

Incredibly passionate about helping mums with an online biz THRIVE both at home and at work WITHOUT feeling like they have to choose between the two, I‘m here to help you become the person you want to be and create the life YOU want live.

💗 MY STORY...
In 2016, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My fight taught me that life is precious, that it goes way too fast and that nothing matters more than spending quality time with the ones we love.

During my treatment, I made a promise to myself that I would do what I could to reduce the overwhelm and create more balance so that I could thrive in EVERY area of my life - and that I would help others do the same.

Proud mum, stepmum, wife and a cross between Hermione Granger and Monica Geller, I’m also an introvert and a HUGE bookworm. I love cocktails, hazelnut lattes, true crime and all things pretty stationery, especially notebooks and planners!

When I’m not helping my coaching clients and Cafe Thrive club members create a life they LOVE, you’ll find me in my office designing new printables for this Store, hanging out with my youngest in Starbucks or attempting to walk my somewhat lazy Frenchie pup, Arthur!
