HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Turnaround is one business day from time of purchase.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are sent on Monday.

If you are interested in a custom size for a printable (not an instant download), please message me BEFORE ordering.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES?
Sorry, no. My shop sells digital items only: PDFs and JPGs.
CAN AN INSTANT DOWNLOAD BE CUSTOMIZED?
Most likely yes. Please send me a message BEFORE you purchase an instant download telling me what changes you are interested in having to the instant download and I can let you know if it's doable and the cost.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD AN INSTANT DOWNLOAD?
After your payment has processed, just follow these steps:
• At the top right corner of your Etsy Account page, click on "You".
• Select "Purchases & Reviews" from the dropdown menu.
• Find your purchase and click the blue download button: "Download Files".

Please download files from a computer - NOT a phone or tablet! Phones and tablets reduce the quality of pdfs and jpgs. Thanks!

My shop is open Monday through Friday.
CAN THE PDF OR JPG BE UPLOADED FROM A PHONE?
PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD FROM A PHONE OR TABLET! Please upload from a computer rather than a phone or tablet. A phone or tablet reduces the file size and it won't print well.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
If ordering an item that I customize, you will be receiving a pdf and a jpg.
Here are steps to follow to download (on your computer, not a phone or tablet):
• At the top right corner of your Etsy Account page, click on "You".
• Select "Purchases & Reviews" from the dropdown menu.
• Find your purchase and click the black download button: "Download Files".

Once you download the pdf and jpg to your computer, you can either email or upload the pdf or jpg to the printers website, or put the pdf or jpg on a usb drive and take it to the printer.
CHANGING THE SIZE
Changing the style and or size of an order can be done 24 hours BEFORE the order has been designed and sent, for no charge.
Changing the size of an order after it has been designed and sent is $4.00.
