In 2013, God gave me an idea for a Christian apparel & stationery company. I named it, created products, and even met with a small business specialist who helped me develop a business plan, yet I never launched it. I allowed fear, procrastination, and other "priorities" to deter me from moving forward.
My favorite scripture is Philippians 3:13-14, "No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us."
This scripture is a constant reminder that in order for me to grow, I must let go of my past and continue to move forward in God.
Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful for my past because it has served its purpose to get me where I am today, but I've decided not to dwell on what could've been or should've been.
