1 out of 5 starsI never received the shirt. I informed the seller and was issued a refund right away but what I wanted was the shirt. I'm puzzled.

When your help request was received on 3/27 we immediately looked into your order and submitted a lost package claim with USPS. You did requested a refund, once in your ideal resolution and another time in your message. We also sent you a DM when the claim and refund were submitted. But we never heard back from you until 4/5 and were shocked by your review. Since we are unable to undo the refund, we offered you a discount on a new order but you declined. Again, we regret that this situation turned into a huge misunderstanding and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

5 out of 5 starsI should’ve read the reviews because I ordered the green shirt and got black lettering. Had I read reviews I would have gotten gold lettering for the green shirt. Maybe once I’m outside it’ll contrast better, in pictures, it contrasts but in person less so.

1 out of 5 starsLoved the items not the packaging or the wait. Took far longer than the estimated shipping times also the box was damaged not a huge deal but still also didn't help that items were missing. Maybe the holidays were hectic and stressful but still I'm highly disappointed because this was supposed to be a gift.

We have reached out to you directly and have not had a response regarding the damaged box and missing items. We made sure everything was included in the box so if anything was missing please contact us within 30 days so that we can submit a damage claim with USPS and issue a replacement or refund for the items missing.
