Was shipped very quickly. It is very cute and was packaged nicely. Unfortunately, I had to open the package because I am giving it as a gift and I wanted to see it before giving it as a gift.

Each piece is hand crafted with high quality materials, using time tested techniques to ensure longevity with proper care. Many of our pieces are made of upcycled, scavenged, or repurposed materials and are truly original creations. There is variance in all handmade items, particularly when components are comprised of "found" material. Rings may be +/- a quarter size, necklaces and bracelets may be +/- a quarter inch. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

I try my best to have "made to order" items ready to ship within 1 week. Since I am a one woman show, sometimes it takes a little longer. (Turnaround times prior to the holidays can take up to 2-3 weeks.) Some processes take longer to make (for example, resin takes 3 days to cure).
Etsy allows buyers to cancel orders within 7 days of payment or up until the item is shipped, whichever is sooner. Don't worry about offending me if you choose this option. It's important that you feel good about your purchase!
Handling time for international orders can be up to 10 days, since I have to physically go the post office to ship them.
Refunds and Exchanges
LOST OR DELAYED MAIL: If an item is lost or delayed during the delivery process, your first steps should be to report the loss/delay to the Post Master at your local Post Office and filing a report with the U.S. Postal Investigative Service. If this does not resolve your issue, please let me know. Although technically, what happens in shipping is beyond my control, I firmly believe in *shared* responsibility. We'll work together to find a solution.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS: I pride myself on expert craftsmanship, so if any of your pieces arrive damaged or break during "normal use," please contact me with a detailed description of what happened. Include a picture of the damage if possible. Depending on the circumstances, I may be able to repair, replace, or refund your purchase. Changes to packaging and design are made based on customer feedback!
Please bear in mind that all jewelry is delicate and should not be expected to survive repeated exposure to chemicals (including perfumes, lotions, and soap), salt water, trips through the laundry, etc. Sterling silver and fine silver may be cleaned or polished using commercially available products, baking soda, or toothpaste. Base metals, pearls, shells, and leather may be wiped with a soft damp cloth and should not be exposed to acidic or abrasive cleaners.

Due to my schedule, I am only accepting custom orders for "simple" modifications of existing product lines for which I have supplies on hand. Please convo or email and attach a sketch or image if possible. My best selling item is the result of a custom order inquiry, so please ask!

Repairing jewelry made by other vendors:
Sorry, I do not repair items that I didn't make. There are too many variables to be able to assess what materials, tools, and techniques would be needed to make an effective repair. I may be able to help you redesign or repurpose the item, though!
