Please note that I accept credit card payments as well as PayPal, which allows you to pay securely with any major credit card.

Once I have received payment, your order will ship as stated in the "Shipping" section below.

Please make your payment in a timely fashion. If I haven't received payment from you or a message from you (through the Etsy messaging system) within 48 hours, I will cancel your order.
All my items are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This allows for both you and I to track your purchase! Once I ship your item, I will send you a message, through Etsy, with your tracking number so that you are able to see the location of your package.

If you would like expedited shipping and/or for your package to be insured, please contact me prior to making your purchase, and I will adjust the shipping cost to reflect your choice(s).

For regular orders, once payment is received and cleared, please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for me to ship your item.
For custom orders, please allow 1-3 weeks (unless your custom order is an exceptionally large quantity, in which case I may need more time).

Once shipped, items shipped within the U.S., will arrive within 3-10 business days depending on your location relative to Honolulu, Hawaii. Arrival time varies for items shipped outside of the U.S. - depending on your location, it may take up to 4-6 weeks for your purchase to arrive once shipped.

For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

*Note: If your purchase is a gift, please let me know in the "Message to Seller" section during checkout, and we can make arrangements with a different shipping address and a special message note card.

This store is not responsible for items sent to old addresses and will not refund or replace items ordered and shipped to an incorrect Paypal address.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate a refund or exchange. (The "date received" that I use is the one documented by the USPS Delivery Confirmation tracking number). In order for your refund or exchange to be processed, I must receive the item(s) in the original condition and in the original packaging.

Your refund or exchange is for the purchase price of the item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Additionally, you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging the item(s). If you feel that it is necessary, please opt to insure the package that you are returning or exchanging. I am not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Unfortunately, if the shipment gets lost or stolen, then I won't be able to process the refund or exchange.

Sorry, but custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Resizing is available on most items for an additional $5.00 fee. Additional shipping charges will apply for items returned for resizing.

Due to the nature of these items, please be advised that they ARE NOT water resistant. Please use care around water and do NOT swim or shower with them. Items cannot be returned due to water damage.
